Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Freehearts ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Freehearts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may have only one account, and it must be about you: your real age and your own photos.
• You may not use Freehearts if we have removed you before, or if you have been convicted of a violent or sexual crime.

2. How to behave

Freehearts exists so people can meet without being harassed. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, pressure, insult or stalk anyone;
• send or post nudity, sexual content or explicit messages;
• pretend to be someone else, or use photos that aren't you;
• ask for money, sell anything, run scams, or advertise;
• post links, or try to move people to other apps for spam or scams;
• post anything hateful, illegal, or involving minors in any way;
• try to copy other members' photos or information, or to break or misuse the app or our servers.

3. Reports, suspensions and removal

You can report or block anyone. We review reports and may warn, suspend or permanently remove any account that we believe breaks these terms or puts others at risk, with or without notice. Accounts reported by several different members may be suspended automatically while we review.

4. Your content

You own the photos and text you post. You give us permission to store and show them to other members inside Freehearts so the app can work. You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Meeting people safely

We don't run criminal background checks on members, and we can't guarantee anyone's identity or intentions. Please be careful: meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, arrange your own transport, and never send money to someone you met online.

6. Price

Freehearts is currently free. If we add paid features in the future, we'll tell you the price clearly before you buy anything, and payments will go through Google Play.

7. No guarantees

Freehearts is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that you'll find a match. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off the app, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently nothing).

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Freehearts means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
